Warranty Service is available in the unlikely event that you experience defects in materials or workmanship with
your Acorn Area while under the one year warranty. Acorn Area replacement parts are available via overnight express
shipment from our stock locations in the United States and the
United Kingdom. In general, subassemblies require no calibration with a
particular electronics unit, and can be replaced by the user easily.

Demand service (non-warranty, non-service agreement service
requests) is available to assist you and is based on travel
time & costs, on-site time, and a per diem cost allocation.

On-site time is billed at $250 per hour, 4 hour minimum, travel
time portal to portal is billed at $125 per hour, and travel
costs are billed at actual cost. Per Diem allowances are
based on location and government per diem tables.
