Service agreements are available to ensure that your
instrument is functioning properly and represent the best means
for you to protect your investment. Service contracts are
available in two different levels, the Annual Maintenance &
Calibration Agreement and the Extended Warranty Agreement.
The features of each are described below:
Annual Maintenance &
Calibration Agreement
- Each year a service engineer makes a scheduled appointment
to verify the performance of your instrument and to make any
adjustments that are needed to make sure that your
instrument performs to specification. The visit includes
verification standards and a certificate of calibration is
issued.
- Software updates for the modules purchased are also
provided free of charge.
- Replacement parts necessary to make the instrument conform
to specifications are not included and are billed
separately.
- Priority Response - Customers under this agreement
are guaranteed a return call within the same business day
for calls generated during the customer's normal business
hours.
Extended Warranty Agreement
- Each year a service engineer makes a scheduled appointment
to verify the performance of your instrument and to make any
adjustments that are needed to make sure that your
instrument performs to specification. The visit includes
verification standards and a certificate of calibration is
issued.
- Software updates for the modules purchased are also
provided free of charge.
- Replacement parts necessary to make the instrument conform
to specifications are included and are billed separately.
- In the unlikely event that an instrument fails, emergency
visit labor, parts, and travel time for repairs are
included.
- Priority Response - Customers under this agreement are
guaranteed a return call within the same business day for
calls generated during the customer's normal business hours.
